Frank Wesolowski

Frank is a former in-house counsel for the Metropolitan Transportation Association (“Metra”) which is the commuter rail arm of the Regional Transportation Authority. While at Metra, Frank was a manager of litigation with oversight of personnel issues , transactional matters including complex bid proposals and purchase agreements. Since leaving Metra, Frank has enjoyed the reputation as a true general practitioner with an emphasis in civil litigation. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, and has appeared before various administrative agencies on behalf of his clients. He has extensive experience in business organization and tax issues and is responsible for the negotiation of business acquisition agreements, construction contracts, mechanics liens, security agreements, real estate acquisitions and other business operation agreements.

Frank is active annually with the DuPage County Bar Association’s legal aid fundraiser and volunteers with the Glen Ellyn YWCA's ask-a-lawyer program.

Frank earned his Juris Doctorate from DePaul University (1983) and received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign (1980). A lifelong resident of the Chicago area, Frank is a frequent community volunteer serving as Scout Master, Soccer Coach, and Precinct Committeeman.
